FAQ
Please note that all documents must be signed by both legal guardians.
You need:
- an application for admission of the child to the Gymnasium (informal application formulated by parents)
- Student data collection form
- Half-yearly certificate (original and copy)
- Information Sheet Participation Religion or Ethics
- Bus application from the respective district
- Copy of birth certificate
- official proof if sole custody exists
- 1 passport photo
- if applicable, a recommendation for the educational path of the Gymnasium (if the
grade requirements are not sufficient)
- Please bring your vaccination certificate!!! > Measles certificate

Prior registration by telephone is required. Appointments are given in 15-minute intervals.

Registration for admission takes place on
03.03.25 from 8 am to 3.30 pm
March 4th from 8 am to 3:30 pm
March 5th from 8 am to 6 pm
March 6th from 8 am to 3:30 pm
March 7th from 8 am to 12 pm
You can download the additional forms, such as the master data sheet, the religion or ethics ballot paper and the respective district bus application in advance via the link to the school portal.
